Zelda is one game. Why would Sony fans be upset. There's a ton of games that PS4 gets that Wii U or Switch won't get.
Open world is tired. That's why Resident Evil 7 was so awesome to me, it's nice playing a structured game. Holding forward while running in a field for 10 minutes does nothing to enhance gameplay. That's why I still haven't finished Final Fantasy 15, traveling is a bore in that game. Now when open world is done right, it can be great. Games like GTA series, Shenmue does it right because the world doesn't feel empty in those games.

Don't know why everyone wants old settings. Getting rid of futuristic setting doesn't mean better gameplay. Vietnam is been there done that so IS both World Wars. Why not just a modern day fictional war with today's technology?

Open world is tiring. That's why I enjoyed RE7 so much, refreshing to play a game that puts attention to detail in environments over map size.
